CrystalMark · Changelog

What changed, and when.

Dated, newest first. Every entry names the day it reached production.

  1. August 25, 2026

    New

    Your registrations, watched

Every registration in your portfolio is now on watch. The new Watch page counts them, shows each time an examiner cites one in a §2(d) refusal against someone else's application, and files every citing case as Active or Closed with its full story one click away. When a new citation lands, or a citing case is published for opposition while the 30-day window is still open, your docket email carries the alert, and your dashboard shows a quiet watch line that turns loud while a window is open. Behind it, 6.8 million registration numbers from the public record are now linked to their case files, so portfolios resolve completely.

  2. August 25, 2026

    Improved

Designed for the phone, not shrunk to it

The dashboard, examiner profiles, the docket board, the watch page, and the firm docket now lay out for a narrow screen instead of compressing the desktop: single columns, rails that drop below the content, dates and clauses that hold on one line, and wide tables that scroll in place.

  3. August 25, 2026

    Improved

The firm's watch, in one view

On a firm account the Watch page now widens on demand: Yours, Yours + firm, or Firm, with each colleague's mark carrying its filing attorney and live counts on every filter. The firm docket names who watches every open office action.

    Improved

    The registrations behind a refusal

A docket row whose latest office action cited registrations now wears a quiet count. Tap it and every blocking registration is listed with its mark, goods, and current status from the USPTO record. A blocker that has gone dead since the citation is called out: that citation may no longer stick.

  5. August 24, 2026

    Improved

    Faster on every path

The landing page ships 28% less script, the docket page answers in a quarter of a second, and every page in the app paints its frame instantly while the data loads.

  6. August 24, 2026

    New

    The three-minute demo

A recorded walk through one real examiner profile: the assignment read, what happens when a refusal is pressed past Final, and how appeals resolve. It plays on the landing page, under the live example profile, and from the Watch the tour button on your dashboard.

  7. August 23, 2026

    Improved

Clearer trial reminders, saner email hours

If you cancel during the trial, the day-before reminder now says plainly that your card will not be charged. Docket digests moved from the middle of the night to 8:30 AM Eastern.

  8. August 23, 2026

    Improved

A full-fleet audit of every published figure

Refusal trends now read the last five complete years, so thinning coverage on older records stops reading as a trend. Thin samples are smoothed toward the fleet and labeled, with the raw rate in the tooltip. Appeal routes are built from the Board record itself, and the methodology page now states how finely the difficulty dial resolves.

  9. August 21, 2026

    New

    The TTAB appeal record

Every resolved ex parte appeal in the public record, case by case: the outcome, the ground, months to resolution, the examiner who issued the refusal, and the Board's own file one click away. Filter by route, ground, and year from the new TTAB tab. Research brief No. 05 reads the fleet-wide numbers, and the research library was redesigned around the series.
