The new Watch page counts them, shows each time an examiner cites one in a §2(d) refusal against someone else's application, and files every citing case as Active or Closed with its full story one click away. When a new citation lands, or a citing case is published for opposition while the 30-day window is still open, your docket email carries the alert, and your dashboard shows a quiet watch line that turns loud while a window is open. Behind it, 6.8 million registration numbers from the public record are now linked to their case files, so portfolios resolve completely.

Refusal trends now read the last five complete years, so thinning coverage on older records stops reading as a trend. Thin samples are smoothed toward the fleet and labeled, with the raw rate in the tooltip.
