Questions

Where does the data come from?

The public USPTO record: the file wrapper. Nothing private.

Do you store my client's data?

No. Examiner behavior is public record; we don't need your matter to produce the read.

What does founding member price mean?

The current monthly rate is the launch price, and it will rise as the product grows. Founding members keep the rate they signed up at for as long as their subscription stays active.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly, no contract. Cancel during the free trial and your card is never charged. After that, the subscription renews each month until you cancel from billing settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle.

How do firm accounts work?

One subscription with a seat for each attorney. Your team joins with the firm's join code, the owner approves each seat, and examiner notes and watches are shared across the firm. Mid-cycle seat changes are prorated.

How does this compare to TM TKO, Alt Legal, Corsearch or CompuMark?

Cell by cell, checked against each vendor's own pages, on the comparison page.

Is this legal advice?

No. It's analytics on the public record. You're the attorney.

How current is the data?

We ingest the USPTO's daily files every morning, and every profile shows its as-of date and sample sizes; see the methodology page.
